JOB DESCRIPTION
Join a dynamic team under the leadership of Dr. Judith Currier, ACTG Network Chair, and Licet Garcia, Executive Director, to drive the growth and visibility of the Advancing Clinical Therapeutics Globally (ACTG) Network. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that fuels audience growth, boosts engagement, and enhances brand recognition. Your focus will be on developing a forward-thinking plan that aligns with the ACTG’s mission, with a clear emphasis on increasing audience reach and impact on a monthly basis. This is an exciting opportunity to help elevate ACTG’s presence and make a meaningful impact on global health communication.
Salary: $6,350 – $13,233.33 monthly
This is a limited position at 15% time and may convert to career.
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong organizational skills to maintain the workflow of a fast-paced, high-volume project in an efficient manner.
- Skill in prioritizing assignments under heavy workload with competing deadlines and requirements.
- Skill in working independently while keeping track of ongoing project deadlines and following through on assigned tasks with
- Knowledge of project management concepts, including workflow and needs analysis.
- Skill in analyzing environment, identifying interdependencies, foreseeing issues, conceptualizing, and implementing strategies to solve complex problems.
- Master of Science/ Master of Arts degree in communication, journalism, marketing or the equivalent.
- Prior employment (minimum 3 years) in social media careers such as digital marketing, social media content specialist, coordinator, analyst manager, or equivalent.
