JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Senior Communication Specialist focused on video here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in creating and delivering impactful video content that effectively communicates our brand message and engages our target audience. You will have the opportunity to lead and manage video production projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop compelling visual stories. Your creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking will be essential in driving the success of our communication initiatives.
You will report directly to our Senior Director of Communications and work out of our headquarters in Phoenix on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make an impact by:
- Developing and executing video communication strategies that align with our brand and business objectives
- Leading and managing the end-to-end video production process, including concept development, scriptwriting, filming, editing, and post-production
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their communication needs and translate them into effective video content
- Conducting interviews and capturing footage to tell compelling stories about our products, solutions, and company culture
- Ensuring the quality and consistency of our video content, adhering to brand guidelines and industry best practices

YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in video production and communication
- Proficiency in video editing software and equipment
- Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
