JOB DESCRIPTION
The Digital Content Administrator is responsible for managing the publication and maintenance of digital content across various platforms. This role crucial in shaping our online presence, ensuring that content is engaging, accessible, and aligned with the overall business objectives. This role involves the following key responsibilities:
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Content Management Systems (CMS): Using Sitecore and SharePoint to publish and manage content on websites and intranet pages. This includes updating web pages, ensuring content is current, and maintaining site structure.
- SEO Optimization: Implementing search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to improve the visibility and ranking of content in search engine results.
- Content Governance: Ensuring all content adheres to brand guidelines, legal standards, and company policies. This includes maintaining consistency in tone, style, and quality.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Working with designers, developers, and other content creators to produce high-quality digital content. Coordinating schedules and managing workflows to ensure timely publication.
- Training and Support: Providing training and support to other team members or departments on best practices for digital content creation and management.

Qualifications
Required Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of work experience in digital communications. Communications/digital content management
Relevant Work Experience
- 2 years Content Management System (CMS) administration. Required
- Worked on Agile-based project teams. Preferred
- Managed digital content. Preferred

Base salary
$80,000/yr – $105,000/yr
