Senior Manager, Corporate Communications—T. Rowe Price Douglas Flather is a senior manager within corporate communications at T. Rowe Price. He oversees and leads a team that manages the firm’s intranet, email production, digital signage and associate engagement platform. Prior to his current position, he served in a variety of digital innovation roles at the University of Maryland, Laureate Education and Washington Speaker’s Bureau. Senior Manager, Editorial & Strategy—T. Rowe Price Kristen Pinheiro joined T. Rowe Price’s corporate communications team as the senior manager of editorial strategy and content in November 2020. She manages a team of copywriters in developing content and creative solutions that effectively express the firm’s strategic messages to internal audiences through various digital channels. Prior to her current position, Pinheiro served as a senior communications specialist at Johns Hopkins Medicine International, where she planned, managed, and delivered internal and external communications for the global division of Johns Hopkins Medicine, with offices in Baltimore and around the globe. Her previous experience includes serving as executive director of communications for Goucher College and associate editor at The Daily Record, a Maryland business newspaper. Senior Strategic Advisor—Firstup Kyla Turner is a 20-year champion of corporate communications, having led marketing and comms teams at Southwest Airlines, Love’s Travel Stops, MidFirst Bank and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma. She now serves as a senior strategic advisor to customers at Firstup, after seeing firsthand how the platform connected frontline team members at Love’s and helped improve company culture. In her free time, you’ll find her out on a hike with her two dogs or dragging her family and friends on their next outdoor, on-the-water adventure!
