Speaking Out: Tales from the road . . . part deux

At this point, I’ve met more than 350 new communicators, had some memorable meals and probably learned a lot more than I taught.

I even met a couple of IT people whom I didn’t want to immediately punch in the throat. Who knew? Yes, Virginia, there are IT people who understand that communication doesn’t mean drooling on someone’s shoes as you explain portal technology to them.
