Thankfully, Third Wave Systems Chief of Staff Kyra Seay has some tips for doing more with less. Seay shared her wisdom during Ragan’s Future of Communications Conference in Austin last fall.

Rather than accepting surface-level issues, Seay encouraged communicators dig deeper to uncover the root cause. The “Five Whys” method helps you identify the core problem so you can solve it effectively and avoid repeating the same challenges.
