Taylor Shawver

As part of Integral’s leadership team, Taylor Shawver is responsible for leading strategic engagements with clients to enhance team ways of working, operational efficiency and employee experiences. In partnership with our CEO, she’s built Integral from the ground-up. With a background in PR, she knows how to harness the power of transforming organizations from the inside out. Her work centers on client relationship building, facilitation, developing strategic recommendations and executive thought leadership. Taylor develops strategies that enhance a team’s ways of working, operational efficiency and employee experiences. She helps our clients connect their employees to the company’s strategy and culture–all in the service of driving joy at work and, in turn, delivering business results. Taylor also works with our clients to knock down blockers with the swiftness of a Formula 1 racer.

Taylor is a member of the Page Future Leaders program which prepares high-potential communications executives for the role of chief communications officer. She is also currently enrolled in the Syracuse University School of Law and plans to combine her experience as a communicator with her knowledge of the law. Over the years, she’s worked with 20+ clients across industries ranging from beauty, fashion, finance, technology, nonprofit, management consulting and healthcare.
