Sharn Kleiss

Sharn Kleiss (she/her) is Strategy Partner for Employee Experience & Insights at Gallagher’s Communication Consulting Practice. Kleiss has worked in the employee engagement field for a decade, with clients from a range of industries and sizes. Leading on Gallagher's State of the Sector report, part of Kleiss’ role is to keep her finger on the pulse of emerging trends, topics and schools of thought in order to design research, distil insights, and apply fresh thinking to client challenges. Her favorite part of the job is connecting communicators through discussion, both virtually and in person.
