Samantha Roth
Vice President, Communications - National Football League (NFL)
Samantha Roth serves as Vice President of Communications for the NFL. She's responsible for leading all communications strategies for critical business units within the League, including events, marketing, social/digital, club business development, social justice, DEI, community relations and social responsibility. Tasked with an expansive portfolio, Samantha strategically works cross-functionally to ensure all business units are aligned and streamlined in their daily communications efforts. She works to create and execute communications strategies, go-to-market plans and media opportunities around the league’s major tentpole events and initiatives including Kickoff, Pro Bowl, Super Bowl, Combine, Draft, Owner’s Meeting and league Meetings, as well as reimagining how the league communicates around social justice through its program Inspire Change and collective DEI efforts to continue to establish the league in this space. Prior to joining the League, Samantha led corporate communications for Anheuser-Busch, where she focused on reputation building, crisis management, labor negotiations and M&A. Previously, she has led integrated PR/marketing campaigns and full event management for various organizations including Procter & Gamble, Microsoft and Facebook. She is originally from Potomac, MD and is a graduate of the University of Maryland. She resides in Brooklyn with her husband Gordon and one year-old son, Reese.
