Nerissa Feveck is a senior communications leader with an extensive background that spans over 20 years in the oil and gas energy sector. She has built a reputation for her strategic thinking and crafting innovative communication strategies that effectively reach diverse audiences through multiple channels.

Feveck's journey in the field of communications began in 2003 with her role as a Communications Officer at the Petroleum Company of Trinidad and Tobago. As she pursued her Master's degree, she also nurtured her professional skills, eventually rising to the position of Internal Communications & Events Lead. She remained in this role until the company dissolved in 2018.

Transitioning her skills to the newly established holding company Trinidad Petroleum Holdings Limited, Feveck assumed the mantle of Communications Theme Lead and Transition Office Coordinator. This period was marked by her ability to effectively manage the communications about the evolving changes and to ensure employees of the newly established subsidiary companies were timely informed and other key stakeholders through the transitional phase.

In 2020, Feveck embraced the challenge of becoming the Communications Lead for Paria Fuel Trading Company Limited, where her strategic communication skills continue to drive brand awareness, engage audiences, and lead a cross-functional team towards achieving consistent and effective messaging in driving a teamwork culture. Her expertise extends to community and stakeholder relations, crisis communication, internal communications, media relations and events management.

Feveck holds a Master of Science in International Relations and a Post-Graduate Diploma in International Relations from the Institute of International Relations at the University of the West Indies, St Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Upper Second Class Honours, majoring in History and minoring in Government and Public Sector Management.

She strongly supports two non-governmental organisations, the Cancer Society of Trinidad and Tobago and the Voice of Lupus Foundation in their fund-raising efforts and educational awareness drives.
