Michelle Geib

Michelle Geib is a communications professional with 15 years’ experience across multiple industries, including intelligent access, retail, architecture, and construction. In her current role within the corporate communications function at Chamberlain Group — a global leader in intelligent access — Geib leads the internal communications strategy and execution while working closely with the CEO, HR and other departments and leaders to ensure employees are informed and engaged. Her passion for internal communications excellence is fueled by her desire to deliver an optimal employee experience through authentic engagement, empathetic change management, and continuous improvement. She lives in the Chicagoland area with her family and is an avid yogi.
