Meredith serves as the Director of Internal Communications Strategy, Talent Brand and Innovation for EY Americas, focusing on the talent experience including recruitment, development and retention of our people, our culture, our commitment to well-being and diversity, equity and inclusion, and corporate responsibility. She is also responsible for the creation and deployment of the internal communications strategy and driving an innovative approach to the tools, technology and channels for communications. Prior to this role, she served as the Marketing + Communications lead for Inclusion & Diversity, Corporate Citizenship and Government Relations for Accenture North America where she was responsible for developing and implementing Accenture North America's I&D marketing and communications strategy to position Accenture as an I&D leader and employer of choice and create a sense of belonging for all. Meredith also served as the lead for a variety of Marketing + Communications special projects including Accenture's North America Apprentice program and worked with executives across Accenture, harnessing the innovative and creative power of its Marketing and Communications team to deliver insights and experiences that help grow Accenture’s business. Prior to Accenture, she served as the Creative Media Lead for the Public Relations Center of Excellence at Deloitte. As Creative Media Lead, Meredith developed and executed strategic projects focused on advancing Deloitte’s brand positioning in the areas of Talent, Leadership and Innovation. At Deloitte, she led communications for the Deloitte US CEO, overseeing the development and execution of an internal and external executive program as well as day to day external public relations. Meredith began her career with Deloitte leading communications for Washington, D.C., serving both the Government Relations team as well as the US CEO on matters related to public policy, Deloitte’s PAC and events with elected officials.
