Meghan Boyer

Meghan Boyer is the head of internal communications at GE HealthCare, where she’s responsible for developing company-wide strategies and plans to help employees connect to and drive the company’s purpose, priorities and culture and understand the connection between their role and GE Healthcare’s business strategy and targeted outcomes. With more than 20 years as a communications professional, Meghan has experience in developing narratives, partnering with senior corporate leaders, driving employee engagement and leading through change, including leadership succession, crisis communications and issues management. She previously spent 10 years at The Boeing Company in a variety of roles, including leading employee experience, culture and values communications and executive communications. Before joining Boeing, she worked as a business-to-business magazine editor and writer for myriad industries, developing compelling content and innovative approaches to inform and engage readers.
