Megan DiSciullo was named a "Top Woman in PR" by PR News and is a "40 under 40" recipient by PR Week. She is a senior communications professional with two decades of experience working with global companies to protect, promote and evolve their brands.
She is currently responsible for leading communications for PwC US and Mexico, which includes the following capabilities: executive visibility, media relations, social media, public affairs, internal communications, transformation/change management, crisis & issues, enterprise project management, social media, and data & insights. She sits on the Network Communications Leadership Team, advising on brand, communications, public affairs and reputational risk strategies for the PwC Network. Megan also counsels clients on the evolving role of the communications function and how to optimize it to be a central force in helping the C-suite build trust and navigate complex stakeholder demands.
Megan has led groundbreaking programs and announcements that have won PR Week, Sabre, PR News and Shorty awards. She is a proven leader and mentor who has been recognized for her ability to inspire teams and drive innovation within the communications function. In 2022, Megan received honorable mention for the Page Up Innovation Award for her work in embedding data, insights & analytics into PwC's communications function. In 2020 and in 2022, PR Week named PwC Communications a "Best Place To Work". The team also received honorable mention for "Best In-House Team" in 2022.
Megan is a passionate advocate for DE&I and purpose in communications. She helped create CEO Action For Diversity & Inclusion, the largest business-led coalition to embed DEI into the workplace as well as The Trust Leadership Institute, a premier executive leadership forum, bringing together leading insights on personal, organizational and societal trust.
Megan has lived and worked on four continents and brings an international perspective to her work.
