Executive Director, Intranet Managing Editor and Internal Communications Director - JPMorgan Chase & Co
Margarett Frisby is Executive Director, Intranet Managing Editor and Head of Internal Communications for Commercial Banking (CB) Risk, Legal, and Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk at JPMorgan Chase & Co. In this role, she oversees the editorial and publication strategy for internal news content and channels and serves as a strategic advisor to CB’s Chief Risk Officer, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance and Operational Risk Officer.
Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase & Co., she managed internal communications and employee engagement at First Midwest Bank (now Old National Bank) and at First Horizon National Corporation. With nearly a decade of experience, Frisby is a firm believer that informed employees are engaged employees, and she aims to foster an inclusive environment where every employee feels they belong.
Frisby received her degree in International Relations with a concentration in Middle Eastern and African Studies from the University of Alabama. Outside of work, she enjoys endurance sports and has completed a full Ironman and a handful of half Ironmans. Originally from Memphis, TN, Frisby is now based in Chicago, IL where she lives with her husband Mike Brown and their two dogs Zoe and Murph.
