Leela Stake

Leela Stake is a senior partner at FleishmanHillard and global lead of the TRUE MOSAIC global diversity, equity and inclusion practice, a team of 130+ counselors with diverse lived experience and deep professional expertise. Leela is a multiracial executive with a two-decade track record of delivering results, empowering teams, and helping companies, foundations and organizations achieve greater purpose and DE&I as they grow. Leela works on the leading edge of pressing issues facing people and our planet, including education, environmental sustainability, equity, responsible tech, women’s empowerment and workforce development. She oversees FH4Inclusion, the agency’s global pro-bono initiative, which has contributed 40,000 hours to 150+ nonprofit organizations. She is chair of the National Advisory Board at Stanford University’s Haas Center for Public Service.
