Laura Marchiafava

Laura Marchiafava is the Internal Communications Manager at RB Global, a leading, omnichannel marketplace that provides value-added insights, services, and transaction solutions for buyers and sellers of commercial assets and vehicles worldwide. With over 10 years of experience, she leads employee communications for a global employee base across 14 countries. She is passionate about connecting employees to the mission and strategy of the company, helping them find value in their daily work and contributions. Marchiafava has worked on communication strategies for internal communications, training, technology, DEIB and more. Additionally, Laura manages the intranet as part of an integrated communication and employee experience strategy. Previously, she has led efforts within non-profit and political fundraising capacities. She lives just outside of Chicago, where she enjoys exploring local neighborhoods, listening to live music, and taking her dog, Malcolm, on adventures.
