Kirsten is a senior social media leader with over 15 years of experience leading technology and governance efforts within Corporate Marketing and Communications teams at Fortune 100 Companies. At 3M, she is a Senior Manager of Media Technology and Governance where she manages the Social, Paid and Earned Media Tech Stack for the enterprise and governs all social and paid media policies and standards. She oversees global community management, employee advocacy, social listening and earned media monitoring, influencer technology management and AI and content planning workflow .She is responsible for implementing enterprise marketing technologies across business groups, defining standards, optimizing business processes, and defining new ways of working to drive growth. Kirsten's specialties include Marketing Operations. Marketing Technology (MarTech), Social Media, Project Management, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, Training, Change Management and Team Leadership. Kirsten received her Undergraduate Degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
