Kenny Mintz leads Communications at Gamefam, the leading metaverse media company for Gen Z and Alpha communities. As part of the senior leadership team, Kenny supports both external and internal communications programs. He drives media coverage for Gamefam around both industry trends and partnerships, working hand-in-hand on PR efforts with marquee partners including the NFL, Warner Music Group, Nickelodeon, Crunchyroll, Intuit, Mattel and more. Kenny’s efforts have led to coverage in top-tier media outlets like Fast Company, The Verge, Variety and VentureBeat, along with recognition from LinkedIn Top Startups and the Inc 5000.
Kenny Mintz previously worked at Twitter, supporting communications and executive visibility efforts around new and existing partnerships across sports, gaming, entertainment and news, as well as consumer and data storytelling across sports and gaming. He specialized in media relations, working daily with reporters and producers across national sports and business media, sports business, lifestyle, advertising/marketing and regional outlets to collaborate on story ideas and provide them with company news and unique Twitter data. At Twitter, he executed on 20+ partnership and activation announcements with the MLB, NBA, Oscars, NBC, Opendorse, DraftKings, Fox Sports, Activision Blizzard and more.
He previously worked in financial and corporate communications roles at Stanton PR and Weber Shandwick, consulting clients like Otis Elevator, Hudl, Bain Capital, Kioxia (formerly Toshiba Memory), Nestle, Qualcomm Ventures and many others. Kenny held internships with General Motors, The Madison Square Garden Company / MSG Networks, New York Cosmos and Long Island Herald.
