Kate Hardin is Executive Vice President, rf.engage U.S. and Corporate Healthcare at Ruder Finn. Kate serves as the U.S. lead of rf.engage, Ruder Finn’s global center of excellence for internal communications and employee engagement. In addition, Kate leads Ruder Finn’s Corporate Healthcare team where she is focused on corporate reputation and thought leadership programs for healthcare clients within the pharmaceutical, biotech, health tech and non-profit spaces. Kate has been named PR Person of the Year by PRNEWS and currently serves as Board of Director and Chief Communications Officer of New York Women in Communications (NYWICI).
