Joy Fleming

As a former Drug Safety & Pharmacovigilance professional who pivoted to Communications, Joy Fleming is one part Quality Assurance Auditor, one part Communication Leader with a dollop of storyteller for good measure. Fleming is Global Communication & Engagement Lead for Quality Assurance & Compliance at Johnson & Johnson where she manages internal communication and engagement influencing organizational strategy, culture, and inclusion to drive effective change. She has more than a decade of experience coaching leaders to be better leaders, crafting executive key notes, coaching TEDx Speakers, and driving change through effective communication. She holds a master’s degree in communication with a concentration on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging and a certification in Crisis Management from Northwestern University. Fleming believes that networking like a boss builds relationship bridges no matter who or where you are.
