Jose Zavala is the senior director of employer branding and recruitment marketing at ViacomCBS. He was previously the director of corporate communications for Dine Brands Global, one of the largest full-service restaurant companies in the world with 3,700 restaurants combined in 18 countries and U.S. territories and over 400 franchisees. Before that, he served as communications and employer branding director at The Walt Disney Company, director of communications and employer branding at 21st Century Fox, director of corporate and employee communications at Fox Mobile Group and manager of corporate and internal communications at Vivendi. He’s also an adjunct professor in public relations at USC’s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism.
