Jeremy Woolf

Jeremy Woolf leads Internal Communications at FIRST, a Global Brand Experience Agency. With his 20+ years of experience in communications and marketing, he drives strategy for communications, initiatives, change management, and employee awareness for 800+ global team members across four business units. He leads the internal communications team to partner closely with FIRST leadership and other stakeholders to drive communications, as well as hybrid and live internal events across the business.

Jeremy is drawn to internal communications because of his passion for the nuances of employee communication, drive for continuous improvement, and his love of the employee experience, change management, crisis communications, and new technologies. Prior to his role at FIRST, Jeremy worked at Verizon as a Communications Manager for the New Business Incubation division, focusing on internal and external communications, experiences, and technologies.

Jeremy graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a dual degree in Film & Media Studies and Education, and minor in Art. Originally from Westchester, New York, Jeremy now lives in the greater Boston area.
