Jaclyn Courage is a seasoned talent management and organizational development professional with over two decades of experience in the financial services sector. She has a proven track record of driving employee engagement and spearheading innovative leadership development initiatives that align with organizational vision.
Passionate about nurturing talent and fostering a collaborative culture, Courage brings a data-driven approach to enhancing leadership and strengthening employee engagement. She excels at navigating change and transformation within high-performing environments.
Courage holds a Master’s Degree in Organization Development and Change from Penn State University and is a Certified Managed Change Practitioner. Currently, she serves at University Federal Credit Union (UFCU), the largest locally-owned credit union in Austin, TX, with $4 billion in assets and nearly 400,000 members. Courage is deeply committed to the credit union movement and dedicated to helping organizations achieve their full potential.
Outside of her professional life, Courage has a passion for travel, exploring diverse cultures, and savoring different cuisines. She is also working towards becoming fluent in Spanish, further enriching her ability to connect with people from various backgrounds.
