Hillary U

Hillary U is the Director of Employee Communications & Experience at Rivian Automotive. In her role, she focuses on aligning communication strategies with organizational goals on a global scale and providing strategic direction for employee experience, activation of key initiatives, employee engagement and channel strategies.

With over a decade of experience at high-growth and Fortune 100 companies, including Salesforce, Amazon Web Services, Deloitte Consulting, and Alaska Airlines, she is an expert in counseling C-suite executives, driving complex transformations, and nurturing high-performing teams. Hillary has a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies from the University of Washington and is a certified AWS Cloud Practitioner.
