Felicia Bolton is a dynamic actor, model, and entrepreneur who has called Chicago home since 2020. She is the founder and CEO of The Pause Production, a multimedia company specializing in marketing and public relations. With over a decade of experience on camera as an anchor, reporter, and entertainment host, she has not only presented but also managed and produced the shows she led.

Previously, Bolton served as Director of Communications and Public Relations for Navy Pier, where her strategic campaigns earned USA Today’s Best Fireworks in the Nation award and a nomination for the Chicago Women of Impact – Communications Award.

Her journalism career includes work as a national news correspondent and digital anchor at WGN America in Chicago. Before stepping onto the national stage, she was the morning anchor and investigative reporter at CBS 17 in Raleigh, North Carolina. In 2020, she was named "Anchor of the Year" by the Radio, Television, and Digital News Association of the Carolinas (RTDNAC) and earned multiple awards for her coverage of Hurricane Florence in 2018. Throughout her career, she has received numerous Associated Press Awards, including recognition for Best TV Reporter, Journalist of the Year, Best Sports Feature, and Award of Excellence. Her work has taken her across Illinois, North Carolina, Tennessee, Louisiana, and Texas.

Currently, Bolton is pursuing her master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications at Northwestern University’s Medill School. She graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Arlington, earning dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Spanish and Broadcast Communications, and studied abroad in Costa Rica. Her training extends beyond academics—she has honed her craft at Acting Studio Chicago, The Second City, and the Coco Rocha Model Camp in New York City. You may have seen her performing at Second City or appearing on hit TV shows like Chicago Fire, Chicago Med, and Chicago PD.

A dedicated advocate for community service, Bolton first found her passion for giving back as Miss Texas 2010 and Miss Texas Teen 2009 for National American Miss. In her spare time, she loves traveling the globe, discovering new cuisines, and belting out off-key karaoke tunes.
