Esther-Mireya Tejeda

Esther-Mireya Tejeda ‘02 (E-M) is a recognized turnaround and transformation strategist known for stewarding bellwether brands through the complex challenges of today’s dynamic market.

A veteran c-suite leader, Tejeda has served as Chief Marketing Officer at Anywhere Real Estate Inc. (formerly Realogy Corp.), Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at SoundExchange, and Senior Vice President, Head of Communications at Audacy Inc. (formerly CBS Radio Inc. and Entercom).  She held senior marketing and strategy roles at Univision, PepsiCo, and Diageo, and began her marketing career at Ogilvy & Mather after several years on Wall Street at Standard & Poor's.

Recognized many times for her pioneering work, Tejeda has been named to AdAge’s Leading Women Class of 2024, recognized as a Top Woman in Marketing by Chief Marketer in 2023 and by Ragan’s in 2024, among the top 10 CMOs of 2023 by Martech Outlook, among many others.  She has served on the board of directors for the Alliance for Women in Media and the Hispanic Public Relations Association.

Tejeda earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University, a Master of Fine Arts degree in creative writing from The New School, and an executive certificate for high-potential leaders from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.  She is currently completing an executive Master of Business Administration at the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
