Dom Bartkus is a Senior Vice President at HarrisX and Managing Director of the firm’s Washington, DC office.
Dom brings a wealth of experience across political consulting, corporate market research, public affairs, and policy communications. He has provided strategic counsel to corporate executives, political candidates, and high-level government officials.
Dom has a long track record of global experience, having led teams in Washington, DC and Dubai, UAE and consulted political candidates across the US, Europe, South America, Asia, and the Middle East. Dom’s areas of expertise include corporate reputation, executive positioning, messaging development and crisis communications.
Most recently, he served as a Senior Vice President at Burson Cohn & Wolfe (BCW). Dom’s tenure at BCW included three years spent in the UAE where he led the company’s technology communications practice across the Middle East. Prior to BCW, Dom held key roles at Penn Schoen Berland and Lake Research Partners.
Dom has a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service (International Politics) from Georgetown University.
