DeLonzo Rhodes

DeLonzo Rhodes is the VP, Talent Development and DEI at Dotdash Meredith. He brings experience in human resources leadership roles at companies experiencing hypergrowth and transformation. DeLonzo specializes in aligning talent programs with business objectives to enhance employee engagement and business performance. Previously, he was the Head of Employee Experience at the Museum of Modern Art where he oversaw the talent strategy and program execution for their $450M museum expansion and reimagining.

DeLonzo holds a M.S. in Human Resource Management from Stony Brook University, and a B.A. in English Literature and Language from Indiana University.
