Bilan Stribling

Bilan Stribling is an Advisory Senior Associate at KPMG LLP, where she focuses on business development initiatives for Banking & Capital Markets leaders. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a commitment to making a positive impact in both the public and private sectors through thought leadership and active engagement in negotiation strategy and conflict resolution.

Stribling earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, specializing in German and European Union politics. She graduated with high honors and was recognized as a Buckley’s Public Service Scholar. She furthered her education by completing a Master of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution at Columbia University in New York.

Following a fellowship at the United Nations as a Development Associate, Stribling developed an interest in solving complex problems faced by financial institutions. She gained extensive experience in this area during her nearly five-year tenure at Bloomberg LP as an Equity Specialist and Account Manager.
