Beth joined Interact in August 2021 as the Customer Engagement Strategist, meaning that she gets to spend her days doing her favorite things: problem solving and delighting customers. She loves showing customers how they can best use their company intranets to engage employees and make their jobs easier. Beth is a trained journalist and communicator, with a Masters degree in Business Administration and many years of experience working with digital media and SaaS products. She's a born-and-raised Louisiana resident and the mother of one child, one dog and two cats.
