Ashley Morgan is a communications professional with 16+ years of experience in corporate communications and public relations, including 8 years in franchise communications, guest experience, and corporate philanthropy. She has worked in industries such as defense contracting, beverage, hospitality, and beauty/personal care.
Morgan has led several initiatives, including launching an award-winning recruiting strategy, building employer branding, and implementing quality assurance and corporate philanthropy programs. She’s driven by a belief that communication is not just a career but a purpose, continuously challenging traditional norms by transforming her deep understanding of diverse audiences into compelling narratives and experiences.
Recently, Morgan was recognized as a finalist for the 2025 Ragan Employee Communications Awards in the Innovation in Internal Communications category. She is a proud Hampton University alumna, a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha, Inc., and lives in Dallas with her husband, Terrance, and two children, TJ and Zara.
