Andrea Whitney

Andrea Whitney is Chief Communications and Impact Officer at Yum! Brands Inc. (NYSE: YUM), the world’s largest restaurant company with restaurant brands – KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and The Habit Burger Grill. Andrea leads Yum!’s internal and external communications, including executive communication, creative, multi-media, and events teams. This works includes Yum!’s multi-year transformation strategy, communications leadership over two successful CEO transitions and the acquisition of five companies including Yum!’s fourth brand and helped the business successfully navigate the COVID-19 pandemic. Outside of work she sits on the board of the Employee Assistance Foundation, Advisory Committee of the Local Initiatives Support Corporation in Louisville; and Development Committee for AMPED. She is a graduate of Miami University, where she received a degree in Mass Communications.
