Andrea De Loney
Global Program Manager, DEI Learning and Development - Warner Music Group
Andrea De Loney is a global DEI practitioner and leadership coach with over 12 years of experience in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors. After four years of recruiting for various companies, and almost seven years at Northwell Health leading workforce ED&I initiatives, she joined the global DEI team at Warner Music Group where she currently oversees DEI learning and development.
De Loney received her MBA in Strategic Business Management (with Distinction) from Hofstra University and graduated Cum Laude from Wagner College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a double concentration in marketing & management. Her love and dedication to her community has earned her many accolades and recognitions including the Long Island Business News’ Diversity in Business Award.
De Loney is a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Rho Omega Zeta Graduate Chapter, serves as a Moderator for Black Long Island and Board Member for EMPACT Inc., and is a Steward at Bethel A.M.E. Church, Copiague. She also serves on the DEI Committee for the Amityville UFSD.
Her inspiration comes from honoring the legacy of her late parents: Leslie and Jackie De Loney.
