Alejandro Zequeira is an award-winning journalist and communications professional with more than 20 years of experience in mixed media content and strategic storytelling. As manager of internal and culture communications at Baptist Health South Florida, he manages content development and the implementation on internal communication strategies for multiple platforms while focusing on producing impactful and compelling content to connect and engage a workforce of over 28k employees.
With a strong background in photography and videography, he leverages his experience with multimedia production to develop unique and creative ways to source new and organic content from throughout the organization, further engaging internal audiences.
Zequeira holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Miami and is currently pursuing his master’s in Global Strategic Communications at Florida International University. He resides in South Florida where he enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering at his daughter’s school.
