Adrienne Leigh Hoyt

Adrienne Hoyt is the vice president of Internal and Executive Communications at Equifax. With over 15 years of experience in communications and operations, she's a strategic and agile leader who is obsessed with meaningful and effective communication that cuts through the noise with purpose and clarity. She has a proven track record of building employee engagement programs that excite, retain and develop the best talent, as well as managing internal and external brand communication and marketing initiatives. Prior to Equifax, she served as vice president of communications and business development at CNN Worldwide, where she oversaw worldwide internal communications, including executive, DEI and crisis communication, and also led strategic initiatives as well as employee engagement and experience. She originally joined CNN in 2012 and before that managed major gifts fundraising at the American Cancer Society and led PR, marketing and communications at Gwinnett Chamber Economic Development. She sits on the board of directors for The Children’s Museum of Atlanta and is also a member of CHIEF, the private network executive women rely on to raise their leadership game.
