Between technological advancements like generative AI altering how people do their jobs and new business imperatives popping up left and right, it might feel that assembling a future-proofed comms team is an uphill battle.

At Ragan’s Future of Communications conference, Linda Thomas Brooks, CEO of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) hosted a panel on how leaders and communicators can construct teams that are ready to for the times ahead.
