Fostering feedback for more constructive conversations
We often say that listening starts at the top, but what does that look like?
This past March, during Ragan’s Social Media Conference at Walt Disney World, I kicked off our internal comms track by hosting a panel about what it takes to foster better feedback between employees, managers and leaders. Starting off with a session on listening made sense. Joining me in conversation was Adeta Gayah, director of social media and content at Visit Orlando, Shannon Iwaniuk, director of internal communications at Alcon, and Sara Whitman, chief people officer at Hot Paper Lantern.
