Power Design’s Jenna Greco is Elevating Communications and Culture with Innovation
With a keen eye for innovation and a passion for fostering connection, Jenna Greco has transformed internal communications and culture at Power Design, earning her recognition as an Internal Communications Leader in Ragan’s Top Women in Communications Awards, Class of 2025.
Over the past year, Jenna Greco has redefined internal communications and employee engagement at Power Design, making a lasting impact on the Florida-based national design-build contractor’s culture in the process. Using a people-first approach, she has transformed how employees connect, collaborate, and stay informed, earning her recognition as a leader in corporate communications.
A key achievement under Greco’s leadership has been the enhancement of Power Design’s internal communication channels, most notably the launch of a user-friendly intranet. She improved collaboration across departments by streamlining access to critical company information, making it easier for employees to stay aligned and engaged.
She also reimagined employee email communications by consolidating excess messages into a single, streamlined weekly update. This new approach led to a record-breaking 20% click rate — over 5% higher than the company’s 2023 average.
Authentic storytelling has become a cornerstone of Power Design’s brand under Greco’s guidance. She played a pivotal role in revamping the company’s internal communication strategy, including “The Power Line,” a biannual employee newsletter that celebrates company milestones and fosters a sense of connection among employees.
Greco is also a cultural champion, literally taking center stage as the company’s in-house emcee and hosting major events or engaging audiences. She has the ability to create an energetic and inclusive environment, ensuring employees feel connected and valued.
Understanding the importance of employee feedback, Greco introduced Energage, a new survey platform that gives employees a chance to voice their opinions. The insights gathered from these surveys have directly influenced executive decisions, leading to policy improvements and enhanced workplace experience.
Her expertise in executive communications is also evident in her role in supporting high-profile leadership moments, including town hall meetings, all-hands manager sessions, and major milestones like Power Design’s CEO transition. Through her work, she has helped ensure transparency and alignment at all levels of the organization.
In addition to her work on engagement and leadership communication, Greco developed Power Design’s emergency response plan, equipping the company with protocols for hurricanes, floods and other potential crises. Her proactive planning has strengthened company resilience.
Jenna Greco’s dedication and innovative approach have set a new benchmark for excellence in corporate communications and culture at Power Design. Her leadership continues to drive engagement, enhance transparency and position the company as an industry leader.
Congratulations to Jenna Greco on this well-earned recognition.
