Meet the Small Communications Team at Lehigh Valley Health Network

The five-person Web team at Lehigh Valley Health Network does the work that teams of 30 do at larger companies. Each team member meets and exceeds goals, making this firm an Ace winner in our book. We like that they use “colleague” instead of “employee” to emphasize teamwork. There’s no challenge they can’t take on, notably charging one employee to launch its new website. Pamela Riddell, director of communications, put together a team with the right chemistry and work ethic to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Team members work seamlessly and in tandem. For example, every member has a hand in putting out its “Healthy You Tip” e-newsletter that goes out to nearly 15,000 subscribers.
