AP Stylebook announces e-book edition

The digital format is the first for AP, and will allow communicators to search through its 5,000 entries easily among a variety of platforms.

The Associated Press has expanded its Stylebook once again, and for the first time it’s available as an e-book.

The Stylebook—a vital resource for journalists and PR pros alike—has been available via a web subscription for a few years now, but users were calling for an e-book resource.

“They’re very much siblings in that you can search and browse and link, but I guess the main difference is: What’s your preference as a user?” AP Stylebook’s product manager, Colleen Newvine, asked Poynter. “Do you like a phone browser experience, do you like an app experience, or do you like an e-book experience?”
