You’ve probably heard that sitting all day at work is killing you. Thankfully, there are things you can do to earn a few years of your life back.

For most of us, this is old news. (Terrifying, but old.)
If you’re like me, as soon as you learned the horrors of a sedentary work life you cobbled together a makeshift standing desk from empty boxes around the office and started taking walks at lunchtime.
But then life got in the way, and your standing desk fell apart and you had to work through lunch. You begrudgingly accepted that you were doomed to sit.
