Survey: 51 percent of employees would keep working if they won the lottery
Your dream has come true! You’ve won the lottery and can afford to never work again. But would you actually enjoy not having a job? More than half of the American workforce says no.
Despite all the griping people do about their jobs—difficult co-workers, long commutes, the daily grind—it turns out people may actually work for more than just their paychecks.
A recent survey from CareerBuilder found that 51 percent of U.S. workers would continue to work if they won the lottery. In fact, 30 percent said they would keep their current jobs.
