Poll: Money is the best employee incentive
Ragan readers voted, and nearly half said money is their top motivator in the workplace. But if they can’t get a raise, they would like time off.
We all want to work hard at our jobs, but sometimes a little extra motivation is nice.
Most employers try to come up with ways to motivate and inspire their employees, but not all of their ideas are good ones. In a recent LinkedIn poll, we went straight to the source and asked Ragan readers what motivates them most in the workplace. About 900 people participated in the poll.
