JOB DESCRIPTION
Ragan Communications
Title: Video Coordinator
Job Type: Full Time, Remote (Preference for candidates in Eastern Time Zone)
Salary: $70k-$80k
Are you an organized and tech-savvy professional with a passion for coordinating flawless virtual events and ensuring seamless workflows? In this dynamic role, you’ll manage the logistics of webinars, virtual conferences, certificate courses and internal meetings while supporting video production and editing efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Virtual Event Coordination: Plan and execute the logistics for virtual conferences and webinars, including scheduling, coordinating tech checks, providing attendee support, and troubleshooting issues during events.
- Technology Facilitation: Coordinate and oversee the tech setup for internal and external meetings, ensuring all systems run smoothly and effectively communicating with stakeholders to address technical needs.
- Content Management: Manage video assets by editing and uploading them to various platforms. Ensure videos are accessible for internal and external stakeholders, such as sponsors, and maintain an organized library of content for future use.
- Video Production and Editing: Support editing raw event footage from live and online events, optimizing content for distribution across various platforms and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, media, business administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a corporate setting, with a focus on video production, editing and hosting, project management, and organizational skills.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Zoom Meeting and Zoom Webinars
