JOB DESCRIPTION
As a media and SEO strategist, you’ll be responsible for driving applications and hires to Progressive through multiple media channels, including job advertising, paid search, and organic search. You’ll work independently to develop new media strategies, consistently analyzing and leveraging data to optimize recruitment media. You’ll take the initiative to develop and execute strategies to broaden Progressive’s reach using channels such as programmatic advertising. Additionally, you’ll suggest methods to boost both paid and organic traffic to Progressive’s career site and other content through effective ad buying and search engine optimization techniques. This role is part of a highly collaborative team of recruitment marketing specialists, leaders, recruiting partners, and business partners, so you’ll be expected to leverage strong communication skills, socialize ideas, consider different perspectives, and work effectively with others.
This is a remote position, but if you’re in the Cleveland area and want to work from an office, our business group has space at our Progressive Corporate Headquarters location in Mayfield Village, OH.
Must-have Qualifications
- A minimum of seven years of related work experience in a marketing role
- {OR} Bachelor’s degree and four years of related work experience in a marketing role
Preferred Skills
- Agency or in-house employer brand and recruitment marketing experience
- Experience in paid search, organic search engine optimization, and running media through programmatic advertising platforms
- Demonstrated ability to use data to make media-planning decisions
- Proactive, detail-oriented project management with the ability to prioritize tasks independently
Compensation
- $77,100 – $102,800/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
