Lynda Tran

Lynda Tran is currently the VP, People + Culture at OLLY PBC and brings over 15 years of experience in people operations, performance management and employee engagement. Tran is a dedicated leader who manages strategic purpose-driven initiatives including workplace mental health efforts to support the wellbeing of employees and diversity, equity and inclusion work to foster a culture of belonging.

Prior to OLLY, she held HR roles at UC San Diego, UC San Francisco, and Method Products. Tran holds a BA in History and Political Science and a PHR certification.
