Kristina Gong

Kristina Gong is Senior Vice President in the Workplace Advisory practice at Edelman where she has counseled leaders in retail, biotech, CPG, higher education and healthcare on strategic employee engagement, DEIB, change management, internal communications and employee value proposition design. Gong takes a human-centered approach to ensuring employees feel connected to their work, setting the foundation for brand advocacy and successful execution of company strategy.

Prior to joining Edelman, she led partnerships for several acquired startups and then transitioned into working with corporate teams to introduce new ways of working anchored in design thinking and creating connection to employees through storytelling.

Gong is a graduate of the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
