Communicators are changing employers less in 2024 than last year.
In the past 12 months, around one in 10 respondents changed employers. That’s half of what communicators reported in 2023 (21%) but on par with 2022’s rate (11%).
Top reasons for changing employers included higher compensation (20%), burnout (18%) and being laid off (18%).
