Alison Bauerlein

Alison Bauerlein is the principal director of public affairs and corporate communications at The Aerospace Corporation, where she overseas media relations, internal and external communications, content creation, coalition development and corporate social responsibility. Prior to joining The Aerospace Corporation, she served as a foreign service officer for the Department of State, with postings to the U.S. embassies in Kabul, Islamabad and London, as well as to Washington, DC, where she ran several of the Department’s social media platforms and also served as the spokesperson for the South and Central Asia Bureau. Before joining government she was a senior public affairs specialist for SAIC, and held other marketing and branding roles.
